What is your favourite airline?

Cathay Pacific holds a dear spot in my heart. Their service is second to none, food is (almost) always excellent, and Hong Kong International Airport is such a great airport! It was also one of the few airlines that flew from my hometown (Adelaide, Australia). I’m a little bit sad at the state of the airline now, and hope they can return to their former glory in the coming years.

I’ve also had exceptional experiences on Qantas, EL AL Airlines, THAI Airways, Icelandair, WOW Air, Virgin America (RIP!), and Alaskan Airlines.

Send me a message and let me know who I should fly next?

How often do you travel?

With all that 2020/21 has thrown, I’m quite comfortable taking some time away from flying and travel to focus on some other aspects of my life I have put on the back burner for the past 10-years.

When COVID passes us – and it will – I am excited to get back to travel and experience as many different airlines as I can to create fresh content for you both on the blog and on my YouTube channel while working my full-time job in advertising!

How can you afford to travel so much?

When I was younger, I made a conscious decision that I wanted to travel.

For my first few trips, I saved every cent I could and then worked overseas. I then built my first blog – Bitten by the Travel Bug – and successfully was able to earn. few dollars from it and the freelance writing opportunities that came with it. From there, I’ve build a series of other websites, some successful and some not.

For a while, my websites were my sole income, but I’ve always wanted my websites, particularly Travel Bug, to be a hobby so I began searching for a job. Since I returned home, I’ve worked in advertising agencies and for not-for-profits. As I like to keep busy, I also have a number of other small jobs, including utilising Airtasker and filming auctions for an online property bidding website.

Today, I work at as a digital marketing manager full-time at a B-Corp company alongside running 3 websites.

I still have some questions, can I send you an email?

Of course! Please email me with any questions through the contact page.
